ORDER RETURNS
can I return my order??
Of course you can!!! If there are complains or unwanted surprises in the boxes (cork or labels damaged for example) you have to contact with us by mail or phone before 10 days from the order reception. Once a time the problem is confirmed, we will substitute the defect products with our transport company without any cost for you, having to have ready the defect bottle in a box to be picked up by our transport. Outside in the box, our address and the order number must be written to we knowing to what order is. We will send you the same product/s or any other reference chosen by the client with the same price.
