How long my order needs to be delivered??
You will need to order your products before 12:00 AM from Monday to Friday to have my delivery Service in 24/48h. The orders demanded after this hour will be delivered in 2 or 3 working days.
How we don’t deliver the orders on weekends, the orders demanded after 12:00 AM on Thursdays will be delivered all Mondays. In the same mode, the orders demanded after 12:00 AM on Friday will be processed on Monday, in this way we need 2 or 3 working days.
The usual time is from 24 hour to 48 hour being able to be 72 hours working days in the peninsula. The orders to Baleares, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or other countries must be consulted by mail: email@example.com or in the phone number +34 924 67 79 17.
My order was not delivered yet. What can I do?
Your order is not delivered in the expecting date?? Always this happen, we will be there to help you. As it is possible the order can be found in some places, first we need you check the follow point to we can give you a fast solution:
- The orders can be delivered between 09:00 AM to 20:00 PM, from Monday to Friday (excepting party national days, or local party days). If the time is inferior to this, we need you contact with us after this time to we can contact with the shipper and serve you more information about./li>
- Review your order statement to check if your order is set up. You can do it through of the delivery link included in the confirmation mail we sent you.
- Check if anybody in your address, your neighbors or the receptionist got your order. They could accept the order to your name.
- Check the transport Company left a message in your mail. The order can be in the warehouse of the transport waiting to you have a new hour of delivery.

How can I check the status of my orders?
You will receive a confirmation mail of your order and we will process immediately the demand. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a mail and you will have your checking guidelines of your order.
Our integration information systems with the transport companies, with which we are working, let us have an advancement of any kind of incidence can be affecting the order delivery and manage it of the most efficiency possible form with our cooperators collaboration.
We have a broken box!
Winery Sani Primavera S.L. send all the orders with an adequate packing of card board with divisors, specially designed to protect the bottles during the transport, minimizing the broken possibilities.
However, the glass bottles are fragile and in some occasions get broken. All our deliveries are with guaranty and have an insurance of broken or loos merchandise with the 100% of the product value. We guaranty the perfect delivery of the acquired product. In the case of broken delivery, it will be reposed without any cost for the client.
