• ELABORATION PROCESS: The grape is destemmed and we keep the wine macerating during six hours. We make a lightly press where we take the wort flower. The fermentation is made in small tanks with temperature control at 12,5º C. We stop this process with cold and we keep the wine at low temperature,avoiding have flavors and aromas losing. We Ferment the must in low temperature, letting us conserve the sugar levels of the fruit. We are from the base we are elaborating a sweet wine. The wine is kept in cold to the bottled moment.
• TASTING NOTES: Lightly yellow greenish flashes with gold tones. Exotic aromas, remembers of mango, guava, banana and some citric. In mouth is balance, pleasant, fresh, sweet- toothed with a warm fruity sweetness. Delicate elegant aromas are standing out in palate. Long lasting memories, amazing aroma.
• MARRIAGE: Cheeses, aperitif, seafood, risotto, foie, rice, blue fish, white meats, creams, white fish to the oven…
