• GRAPES VARIETY: 85%Chardonnay and 15% Moscatel

• WINE TYPE: White Semi Sweet Wine with a needle touch.
• SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 4-6º
• ELABORATION PROCESS: When the grape is received in the cellar we have a destemming grape by hand and a lightly wrung up in hydraulic press with a grape cage wood, later we have a maceration prefermentative process at a low temperature 12º C. during sixteen hours. The must is separated of the paste and we have the fermentation at 16º C. We stop this process with cold. We gasify to get the carbonic, having a needle wine.
• TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow color with intense green hints. High connotations of varietal characters with fruity aromas and fresh notes to the passion fruit. Fresh, funny tasting, pleasant, balanced and young. We have a good tasting in mouth, sweet-toothed with volume. Elegant end in nose and in mouth.
• MARRIAGE: Perfect with seafood, aperitifs, fishes, salads, pates, rice, cheese and Shushi.
• GASTRONOMY: Anytime is good to have a Primavera!!!
